(a) Not to sell or export controlled items to any country or region designated as a sponsor of terrorism or subject to comprehensive sanctions by a trading nation (including Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Russia, Belarus, and any additional countries or regions).
(b) Not to sell or export controlled items to any person or entity on any prohibited list of the U.S. Government (Including various entity lists & SDN lists).
